About the role
- Present, promote and sell services to prospective customers over the phone and email
- Analyze potential customers' needs
- Demonstrate strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- Continuously improve sales skills to attain quota and grow as sales professionals
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- English at a native level – a must
- 1+ years of proven sales experience – mandatory
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with strong self-learning abilities
- Confident, persuasive, and able to influence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Suitable home office setup: quiet work environment, Windows PC, high-speed internet, and the ability to be on webcam at all times
- Availability for 5 shifts per week (flexible schedule)
- Nice to Have: Experience in phone-based sales
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
