About the role

  • Provide frontline support by handling client calls, updating account information, and verifying identities.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their tax return status, required documents, and service updates.
  • Manage email and voicemail queues, ensuring proper task reallocation and follow-up.
  • Perform manual identity verification and ensure compliance with document handling protocols.
  • Submit non-lodgement advice (NLA) through OSFA and track tax refund statuses.
  • Liaise with the ATO for inquiries and assist in managing client ITA debts and ABNs.
