About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure coordination and follow-up of security and protection projects, while meeting established deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Prepare tender documents and quotations.
- Handle the administrative and financial aspects of projects.
Requirements
- Degree in electrotechnical engineering, industrial computing/automation, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' significant experience as a Business Manager or Project Manager in electronic security.
- Proficiency in security systems.
- Good knowledge of business management software.
- Strong skills in managing complex projects.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently from end to end.
- Autonomy, rigor and analytical mindset.
- Leadership and ability to lead and unite teams.
