About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure coordination and follow-up of security and protection projects, while meeting established deadlines and budgets.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure project quality and compliance.
  • Prepare tender documents and quotations.
  • Handle the administrative and financial aspects of projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in electrotechnical engineering, industrial computing/automation, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' significant experience as a Business Manager or Project Manager in electronic security.
  • Proficiency in security systems.
  • Good knowledge of business management software.
  • Strong skills in managing complex projects.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently from end to end.
  • Autonomy, rigor and analytical mindset.
  • Leadership and ability to lead and unite teams.
