About the role

  • You identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships in industrial environments
  • Together with the marketing and SDR teams, you work on our go-to-market strategy
  • You represent our company and solutions at trade shows and industry events
  • You present our products, articulate value propositions, and guide customers through the decision-making process
  • You work closely with our technical team to develop tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs

Requirements

  • Some professional experience in B2B sales or account management (ideally in a software environment)
  • Ability to confidently negotiate with decision-makers
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Excellent German and English skills (C1 level)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus
