About the role
- You identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships in industrial environments
- Together with the marketing and SDR teams, you work on our go-to-market strategy
- You represent our company and solutions at trade shows and industry events
- You present our products, articulate value propositions, and guide customers through the decision-making process
- You work closely with our technical team to develop tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs
- You conduct negotiations with decision-makers and support contract signings
- You are responsible for achieving your agreed revenue and growth targets
Requirements
- Some professional experience in B2B sales or account management (ideally in a software environment)
- Ability to confidently negotiate with decision-makers
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Excellent German and English skills (C1 level)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus
