About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Product Team in creating and refining user stories, backlog items, and feature descriptions
- Help structure customer feedback and internal requirements to identify product improvements
- Assist in agile meetings such as backlog refinements, sprint planning, and product demos
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and domain experts to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Maintain product documentation and support the preparation of roadmap and release materials
- Work with modern AI-supported tools to organize information and improve workflows
- Contribute your own ideas to improve usability, transparency, and product processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in product management, software development, and digital products
- Structured and reliable working style with good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work with different teams
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- First exposure to agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban (nice-to-have)
- Initial experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar (nice-to-have)
- Interest in AI-supported workflows, sustainability, or energy-related topics (nice-to-have)
- German language skills are a plus (nice-to-have)
