About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enterprise Sales & New Customer Acquisition: You identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial companies, data center operators, and international corporations.
- Procurement & Process Management: You independently analyze complex procurement and decision-making processes on the client side, identify potential obstacles early, and ensure that sales projects are advanced in a structured manner.
- Commercial & Contract Management: You prepare proposals and business cases, contribute to contract documentation, and take on increasing responsibility for the commercial management of enterprise deals.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: You maintain and manage your sales opportunities in HubSpot, document sales activities, and always keep an overview of your active customers and sales opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- First Sales Experience: You have practical experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a comparable area—e.g., through internships, working-student positions, or initial professional experience in the B2B sector.
- Interest in Technology & Business: You are passionate about digital business models, software solutions, and complex sales processes and want to learn how enterprise deals are successfully closed.
- Communication & Initiative: You enjoy engaging with people, communicate persuasively, and want to take on responsibility. You independently study new topics and proactively drive tasks forward.
- Structured Working Style & Willingness to Learn: You work in a structured way, keep an overview even when handling multiple topics, and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and processes.
- Initial exposure to CRM systems is an advantage.
- Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken German and English.
