About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enterprise Sales & New Business Development: You acquire new enterprise customers from industry, data center operators and corporate groups, and develop pilot projects into company-wide software rollouts.
  • Contract and Pricing Negotiations: You independently lead price, license and framework contract negotiations with procurement teams and decision-makers at management and C-level.
  • Contract and Compliance Management: You coordinate SaaS contracts, data protection, compliance and IT security requirements together with customers’ procurement, business and legal departments.
  • Procurement & Vendor Onboarding: You analyze complex procurement and approval processes in large enterprises early on and support vendor onboarding, compliance checks and IT security approvals through to successful completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: You build robust relationships with commercial decision-makers, purchasers and other relevant stakeholders in industrial companies, data centers and corporate groups.
  • Rollout and Business Planning: Together with our technical sales team you develop compelling business cases, framework agreements and rollout concepts for company-wide deployment of our AI-based energy management software.
  • Pipeline and Opportunity Management: You manage the entire sales process in the CRM in a structured way and drive complex enterprise deals purposefully to contract close.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable success in B2B enterprise sales of complex, consultative software (SaaS), ideally in industrial, energy or deep-tech environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with procurement: Experience negotiating with procurement organizations and multiple decision levels in large companies, finding workable solutions even in complex negotiation scenarios.
  • Confident handling of contract and compliance topics: Good understanding of commercial contracts, data protection and IT security requirements, and the ability to coordinate these topics with procurement, business units and legal departments.
  • Strong structure and process thinking: You work in a structured way, use CRM systems confidently and maintain oversight during long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Language skills: Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written (required for international large enterprises).
