About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will manage the entire sales process — from identifying new opportunities and analysing customer requirements to successfully closing contracts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as data centres, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and critical infrastructure
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with a focus on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, sustainability and ROI
  • Clearly and persuasively present the value of our AI-based solution to both technical specialists and decision-makers
  • Work with our Solution Engineers to develop customised proposals and compelling solution concepts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders, continuously nurturing these partnerships
  • Represent etalytics at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings
  • Maintain your sales pipeline in a structured manner and produce reliable forecasts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least one year of professional experience in B2B sales of technical products or solutions
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets comes naturally to you
  • You can explain complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way and convincingly demonstrate their business value
  • You communicate confidently with a variety of contacts — from technical teams to executive management
  • You demonstrate a structured, independent and proactive working style
  • You are fluent in German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
