Sales Development Representative – AI-Based Energy Management
etalyticsSales Development Representative engaging customers through various platforms for AI-based energy management solutions. Collaborate with Sales team to generate leads and enhance outreach strategies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage potential customers through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels to generate new business opportunities
- You build, launch, and continuously optimize scalable outbound campaigns that create qualified pipeline growth
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to plan and execute lead generation activities across digital platforms, industry events, and additional touchpoints
- Drive efficient and data-based workflows by managing and improving our outreach, CRM, and automation tools
- Develop compelling messaging approaches and creative social selling strategies tailored to different buyer personas
- You analyze market trends and competitors to continuously sharpen our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and uncover new opportunities
- Expand and maintain our prospect database to support effective long-term lead nurturing initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 2 years of professional experience after completing your degree or vocational training, ideally in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, or Digital Marketing
- Experience in a tech, software, or SaaS environment is a plus
- Confident handling of outreach, CRM, or automation tools comes naturally to you
- You are interested in AI tools and their application in sales, lead management, or campaign automation
- A structured, proactive, and self-driven mindset describes the way you work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships with different stakeholders
- You communicate fluently in English; German skills are a plus but not required
