About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create compelling content: develop blog posts, social media copy, website text, and sales materials that make complex topics understandable and engaging
- Design visuals: support the team with eye-catching visual content for digital and print using tools you’re familiar with (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Coordinate events: help organize webinars, meetups, and trade show appearances
- Collaborate across teams: work closely with sales and product experts to align messaging with product features and market trends
- Maintain our website: update and manage content using WordPress
- Conduct market research: monitor trends, competitors, and best practices in tech and sustainability marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field)
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging messages
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar
- Confident user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with WordPress is an advantage
- Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn by doing
- Interest in technology, digitalization, or sustainability is a plus
