About the role

  • Close collaboration with an experienced development team
  • Active further development of the etaONE Energy Intelligence Platform
  • Develop backend functionalities using technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, Gradle, PostgreSQL, MQTT and Docker
  • Design and implement new features and solution approaches
  • Contribute your own ideas and creative solutions to the development process
  • Ensure high code quality through test automation and static code analysis
  • Participate in optimizing development processes and architecture

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or having completed a degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable program
  • Strong interest in clean, maintainable and well-tested code
  • Ideally, initial practical experience with Java or Kotlin as well as backend technologies
  • Quick comprehension, ability to work independently and high willingness to learn
  • Motivation to take responsibility and contribute to sustainable software solutions
  • Very good German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
