About the role

  • You identify and reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email and other digital channels to generate new leads for our growth.
  • You initiate and optimize scalable outreach campaigns that effectively engage our target audiences.
  • You plan and execute lead-generation activities across digital platforms and events — always in close coordination with the sales team.
  • You operate and maintain our automation and outreach tools to ensure efficient, seamless processes.
  • You develop compelling messaging approaches, positioning, and social-selling initiatives along the customer journey.
  • Using structured market and competitor analyses, you continuously refine our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas.
  • You expand and maintain our marketing-prospect database to support successful nurturing campaigns over the long term.
  • You work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align and continuously improve goals (OKRs), performance tracking, and processes.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in lead generation, outbound campaigns, or digital marketing — ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with outreach or automation tools
  • Good understanding of outbound automation and scalable campaign processes
  • Interest in (or experience with) using AI tools for campaign and lead management
  • Structured thinker, self-starter, and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
