About the role
- You identify and reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email and other digital channels to generate new leads for our growth.
- You initiate and optimize scalable outreach campaigns that effectively engage our target audiences.
- You plan and execute lead-generation activities across digital platforms and events — always in close coordination with the sales team.
- You operate and maintain our automation and outreach tools to ensure efficient, seamless processes.
- You develop compelling messaging approaches, positioning, and social-selling initiatives along the customer journey.
- Using structured market and competitor analyses, you continuously refine our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas.
- You expand and maintain our marketing-prospect database to support successful nurturing campaigns over the long term.
- You work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align and continuously improve goals (OKRs), performance tracking, and processes.
Requirements
- Initial experience in lead generation, outbound campaigns, or digital marketing — ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with outreach or automation tools
- Good understanding of outbound automation and scalable campaign processes
- Interest in (or experience with) using AI tools for campaign and lead management
- Structured thinker, self-starter, and strong communication skills
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
