About the role

  • You identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships in an industrial environment
  • Together with the Marketing and SDR team, you work on our go-to-market strategy
  • You represent our company and solutions at trade shows and industry events
  • You present our products, explain value propositions, and guide customers through the decision-making process
  • You work closely with our technical team to develop tailored solutions for our customers' needs
  • You conduct negotiations at the decision-maker level and support contract closings
  • With your commitment, you pursue your agreed revenue and growth targets

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in B2B sales or account management (ideally in a software environment)
  • Confident presence in negotiations with decision-makers
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly
  • Goal orientation, initiative, and the motivation to make achievements measurable
  • Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus
