About the role
- Project controlling & reporting – Support in budget planning, forecasts, and actual-vs.-plan analyses for our customer and funded projects.
- Financial modeling – Assist in building and further developing our financial models for scenario analyses and business planning.
- Metrics & dashboards – Prepare reports and KPIs to support decision-making for management and project teams.
- Financial processes & tools – Support the optimization of controlling processes and digital tools (e.g., ERP, reporting tools, Excel models).
- Reconciliations & analyses – Assist with month-end closings, cost center accounting, and liquidity analyses.
Requirements
- Studying Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Data Analytics
- Some practical experience (e.g., working student roles, university projects, or internships)
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, ideally with initial experience in ERP or BI tools
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Team player, self-initiative, and eagerness to learn
- Very good German skills; good command of English
