About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of audiovisual projects
  • Serve as the client’s single point of contact for clarifying questions
  • Manage high-risk, complex, and high-impact client projects throughout their full lifecycle
  • Define project scope and objectives, secure resources, and develop schedules
  • Manage changes to contracted scope, time, cost, and quality
  • Create and manage project lifecycle documents, including project plans, scopes, and charters
  • Ensure project management deliverables follow ET Group procedures and quality standards
  • Control project priorities, issues, risks, mitigation plans, dependencies, and escalations
  • Communicate project status to internal teams, clients, senior leaders, and executives
  • Manage client relations and expectations during solution implementation and delivery
  • Manage project financials and lead post-project retrospectives
  • Initiate service handoff and ensure closeout documentation is posted to the project file

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of client-facing project management experience
  • Strong foundation in project management methodologies, principles, and practices
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Ability to assess project risks and priorities and make independent ad hoc decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Post-secondary diploma or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • PMP Certificate is an asset
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
