About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate go-to-market business requirements into technical user stories, manage the development sprint backlog, and ensure on-time delivery of CRM and operations enhancements
  • Own and optimize the RevOps Case Board and development queue, triage incoming requests, prioritize systemic fixes, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Scope and execute cross-functional operational projects, including system audits, client offboarding architectures, and revenue validation workflows
  • Design and improve project management frameworks and standard operating procedures
  • Govern the Salesforce opportunity lifecycle and ensure deal accuracy, completeness, and contract compliance
  • Manage the cross-functional request queue, resolve deal-desk issues, and identify process trends
  • Align Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Revenue stakeholders to accelerate deal activation
  • Maintain pipeline quality and data governance through automated checks and processes
  • Plan data routing and enrichment frameworks for compliant, up-to-date records and predictable deal progression
  • Maintain the centralized tracking engine for prospect and client eligibility
  • Own revenue-tool configuration, user governance, and data flows
  • Build and deploy outbound communication sequences and outreach plays in Apollo.io
  • Drive revenue-tool utilization and ROI, distribute enablement assets, and provide tool training
  • Deliver standardized external partner reports accurately and on time
  • Prepare data, lists, and presentation metrics for quarterly partner reviews with Leadership and the Office of the CEO
  • Manage invoicing and payment tracking for partner services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience with Sales Operations or a Revenue Team
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, B2B automation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and revenue-facing AI tools
  • Salesforce administration experience is good to have
  • Experience with large data management and spreadsheet-based data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution plans and priorities
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with different stakeholders
  • Strong urgency, organization, and time management skills across multiple priorities
  • Curious, detail-oriented, independent, rigorous, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Core availability during Eastern Time (8AM–5PM EST)
  • Philippines-based employment managed through an Employer of Record (EOR)
