Requirements

  • Proven experience in agile facilitation, OKR governance, or people operations
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into clear recommendations
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack
  • Familiarity with GDPR/compliance in People Analytics
  • Certification in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or HR analytics
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Ukrainian, German, or Polish desired
