About the role
- Reporting directly to the IT Security Director, you will be responsible for the operational security of the Estreem platform
- Lead the SOC
- Oversee the SOC's operational activities
- Define, maintain and optimize SOC processes: monitoring, triage, investigation, response, escalation
- Establish and track key performance indicators
- Ensure optimal detection coverage based on identified risks
- Define and maintain use cases, detection rules, and alerting scenarios
- Coordinate analysis, response, and remediation of security incidents
- Develop a Threat Intelligence capability tailored to the payments sector
- Drive continuous improvement projects for the SOC
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 10 years' experience, including at least 5–6 years as a SOC Manager in an international context
- Fluent French (C2), professional English (B2–C1)
