About the role
- Be responsible for the overall success of projects, coordinating with Consulting and Delivery teams.
- Create and manage end-to-end project schedules with clients, in collaboration with Program and Tech Office teams.
- Work with the Consulting Manager to identify and propose resources appropriate to the client context.
- Serve as the main point of contact and the client-facing reference for all project and contractual matters.
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with client sponsors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or computer science (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in consulting (ERP implementations), in Fintech SaaS, and in delivering complex projects.
- Significant experience in complex and mission-critical environments (ideally card payments / payments).
- Experience working with large enterprise or regulated clients.
- Languages: French — fluent (C2); English — professional proficiency (B2–C1).
