About the role
- Act as a business partner to operating areas with close coordination with Accounting;
- Ensure that provisions, reclassifications and debit notes are recorded in accordance with predefined business rules, intercompany eliminations, CPC06, and management adjustments;
- Responsible for management close processes, monthly rolling forecasts and the annual budget, interacting with various areas to ensure accurate monthly close and projections;
- Strong knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with FP&A and BI systems;
- Familiarity with automation routines is a plus;
- Strong experience with complex analyses involving multiple business variables;
- Critical, analytical, and inquisitive mindset.
Requirements
- Previous experience in controllership and FP&A;
- Experience with SAP is essential;
- Strong accounting background;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Emotional intelligence to interact with stakeholders across multiple hierarchical levels (high exposure to executive leadership);
- Degree in Accounting will be considered a plus.
