About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing;
  • Diagnose challenges and opportunities in clients' operations and propose tailored solutions;
  • Act in a consultative manner, connecting technology and operations to deliver real value to the client;
  • Work in partnership with internal teams (Operations, Transportation, Product and Finance) to enable proposals and onboarding;
  • Maintain the pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot), keeping data always up to date and organized;
  • Support the development and refinement of commercial processes, bringing critical insight and autonomy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on complex or customized solutions;
  • Skill and experience in prospecting, negotiating and preparing commercial proposals;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot);
  • Strong business analysis and diagnostic skills;
  • Clear communication, collaborative profile and ownership mentality;
  • Curious, analytical and results-oriented, with a drive to build solutions and generate real impact.
