About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing;
- Diagnose challenges and opportunities in clients' operations and propose tailored solutions;
- Act in a consultative manner, connecting technology and operations to deliver real value to the client;
- Work in partnership with internal teams (Operations, Transportation, Product and Finance) to enable proposals and onboarding;
- Maintain the pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot), keeping data always up to date and organized;
- Support the development and refinement of commercial processes, bringing critical insight and autonomy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on complex or customized solutions;
- Skill and experience in prospecting, negotiating and preparing commercial proposals;
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot);
- Strong business analysis and diagnostic skills;
- Clear communication, collaborative profile and ownership mentality;
- Curious, analytical and results-oriented, with a drive to build solutions and generate real impact.
