About the role

  • Act as the technical product reference for other Product Managers
  • Support decision-making on high-complexity initiatives (rules, integrations, exceptions)
  • Review problem framing, PRDs, and significant technical decisions
  • Connect technical decisions to strategic objectives
  • Support less senior PMs with day-to-day technical topics
  • Work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Operations

Requirements

  • Strong mastery of Product Management in complex systems
  • Solid technical literacy (architecture, integrations, business rules)
  • Experience with B2B products or platforms that involve a high degree of exceptions
  • Ability to make decisions amidst ambiguity and real constraints
  • Hands-on experience in strategic prioritization
  • Prior experience in logistics, marketplaces, fintech, or SaaS platforms is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with operational efficiency metrics
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor (Staff / Principal)
