About the role
- Deliver code following best practices, balancing quality and time-to-market;
- Take technical ownership, ensuring system health, monitoring and reliability;
- Identify impacts, anticipate technical complexities, and support product discovery and technical feasibility of product stories;
- Conduct technical analyses to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring scalability, performance and resilience;
- Actively participate in decisions and implementations of complex architectures, contributing to the domain's technical strategy;
- Develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the systems under your responsibility;
- Mentor less-experienced engineers, fostering a continuous-learning environment and raising technical standards;
- Collaborate across squads, resolving dependencies and strengthening technical integration;
- Contribute to building strong teams by participating in interviews and talent recommendations;
- Promote a positive culture with exemplary conduct and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Python (FastAPI, Django);
- Message queues and asynchronous processing: Celery + RabbitMQ;
- Databases / Cache: PostgreSQL, Redis;
- Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, Fargate);
- Hands-on experience developing with AI (e.g., courses, Claude, Copilot). Nice to have: Django, MongoDB, Airflow, Celery, AWS SDK
