About the role
- Proactively qualifying inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needs
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focus
- Driving new business through consultative selling and industry knowledge
- Collaborating in daily team meetings and internal catch-ups to share insights, strategies, and support
- Keeping accurate CRM records and providing feedback that helps us continuously improve
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role where you’ve built relationships, understood needs, and guided people toward the right solutions
- Proactive, empathetic, and resilient — comfortable owning your outcomes while thriving in a supportive team environment
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to handle challenges with confidence
- Bonus points if you bring:
- - Experience in SaaS, tech, or the construction industry
- - Familiarity with CRMs (we use Salesforce)
- - A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to stay composed and constructive when facing objections
