About the role

  • Proactively qualifying inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needs
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focus
  • Driving new business through consultative selling and industry knowledge
  • Collaborating in daily team meetings and internal catch-ups to share insights, strategies, and support
  • Keeping accurate CRM records and providing feedback that helps us continuously improve

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role where you’ve built relationships, understood needs, and guided people toward the right solutions
  • Proactive, empathetic, and resilient — comfortable owning your outcomes while thriving in a supportive team environment
  • Positive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to handle challenges with confidence
  • Bonus points if you bring:
  • - Experience in SaaS, tech, or the construction industry
  • - Familiarity with CRMs (we use Salesforce)
  • - A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to stay composed and constructive when facing objections
