About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The position involves direct contact with international schools, supporting the commercial process by prospecting and qualifying leads, holding meetings via phone or video call, and recording data and information gathered during meetings in the company’s CRM and software.
The focus of this role is servicing our partner schools outside Brazil; therefore Spanish is essential.
Maintain daily control of productivity and sales;
Provide input and suggestions;
Achieve the sales targets established for the area;
Manage calls, written messages, and follow-ups;
Use our tools for active school acquisition;
Apply acquisition arguments during the sales process;
Contribute to increasing satisfaction levels among prospective partner schools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or fluent Spanish (essential and will be tested!);
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
Be located in Brazil at the time of hire;
Have all documentation required to be formally employed in Brazil (CLT/registered work contract);
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Drive (intermediate);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Dynamism and flexibility;
Focused, proactive, dynamic, disciplined, creative, and committed;
Logical reasoning skills;
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks;
Ability to engage with the public/clients;

As this role is remote, availability to work from a quiet space with internet access is required.
