• As part of our Commercial Team, you will embark on a hands-on learning journey.
• Supporting the first point of contact with schools, you will help qualify opportunities under the mentorship and supervision of our team of specialists.
• Develop communication and negotiation skills by proactively contacting schools (by phone, WhatsApp and email), under the guidance of leadership.
• Learn to conduct a consultative approach, helping to understand each school's current situation and presenting the potential of Estante Mágica.
• Use our CRM tools to support the identification and organization of new partnerships.
• Track your learning and development metrics, receiving ongoing mentoring to support your growth.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the department's processes.
