About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This position involves direct contact with international schools, assisting with the sales process, prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting meetings by phone or video call, and recording data and information gathered in meetings in the company's CRM and software.
  • The focus of this role is serving our partner schools outside Brazil; therefore Spanish is essential.
  • Maintain daily productivity and sales tracking;
  • Provide input and suggestions;
  • Achieve the sales targets set for the area;
  • Manage calls, written messages, and follow-ups;
  • Use our tools for active school outreach;
  • Use targeted outreach arguments during sales interactions;
  • Contribute to increasing satisfaction levels of prospective partner schools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or fluent Spanish (essential and will be tested!);
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00;
  • Must be located in Brazil at the time of hiring;
  • Have all documentation required to work under a formal employment contract in Brazil;
  • Proficient in Office/Google Drive (intermediate level);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Dynamic and flexible;
  • Focused, proactive, dynamic, disciplined, creative and committed;
  • Logical reasoning skills;
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to communicate with the public;
  • Empathy;
  • Collaborative;
  • Comfortable working with targets;
  • As we work remotely, you must have availability to work in a quiet workspace with internet access.
