Key responsibilities & impact

Support for Social Media Operations: Assist in operating the official channels according to the strategic plan, using AI tools to optimize posting times and automate publishing workflows;
Content Creation Support: Collaborate in the daily production of copy, images, and scripts with the support of AI tools, applying storytelling techniques to strengthen the brand's authority;
Audiovisual Support and Capture: Assist in capturing materials for organic content, using AI resources to structure scripts and provide technical support during recordings;
Editing and Design Execution: Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts) and perform basic image retouching, using post-production tools to maintain the institution's visual standards;
Performance Strategy Support: Support planning and execution of growth tactics focused on increasing channel visibility and generating leads;
Data Analysis Assistance: Help prepare monitoring reports for key performance indicators (KPIs), organizing data to drive improvements in channel performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in any field;
At least one and a half years remaining before graduation;
Proficiency in Portuguese, with strong clarity, cohesion, and proofreading skills;
Practical experience with editing tools such as CapCut and Canva (photo and video);
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive);
Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to communication;
Knowledge of social media planning, editorial calendars, and community management;
Understanding of digital metrics and basic analytical skills for reading reports;
Experience producing mobile-first video content (TikTok and Reels);
Reading proficiency in English;
Proactive attitude with an ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
