About the role
- Collect, review, and validate data related to HCP payments and transfers of value in alignment with Sunshine Act and global transparency requirements
- Review, reconcile, and process event-related expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and local/global compliance guidelines
- Manage event data entry in company CRM, event management, or compliance tracking systems
- Oversee data collection for HCP travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring fair market value and policy compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, or related field
- Training in compliance, transparency reporting, or event management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and compliance reporting systems (e.g., MedCompli, Concur, MedPro, Salesforce)
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, finance, event management or transparency reporting
- Occasional travel (up to 15%) for events or audits
