About the role

  • Own the DTC website experience by improving the Customer journey onsite.
  • Lead CRO initiatives, A/B testing (using tools like Optimizely or VWO), and landing page development to ensure the brand journey is frictionless and high-converting.
  • Oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, etc.).
  • Use SQL or advanced BI tools to analyze customer cohorts.
  • Understand lifecycle automation to brief the CRM team and build the strategy (Email/SMS).
  • Partner with engineering to ensure site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO architecture are best-in-class.
  • Act as the "translator" between the creative team and the development team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in DTC/E-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling brands using technical levers.
  • Deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experience with multi-touch attribution models.
  • Ability to write SQL is a major plus.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify themes and front-end customization, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
  • Fluent in A/B testing and experimentation best practices, you don't guess; you test, learn, and iterate.
  • Partnered closely with the paid marketing teams to continuously improve performance across the funnel.
