Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical lead for Apple and macOS engineering activities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise macOS management solutions
Administer and optimize JAMF Pro environments
Support Apple device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management
Implement endpoint security controls and compliance requirements for macOS systems
Support passwordless authentication and hardware credential solutions
Develop technical standards, procedures, and engineering documentation
Troubleshoot complex Apple ecosystem and endpoint management issues
Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to improve security posture

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of IT experience
6 years of engineering experience
Extensive experience administering and supporting macOS environments
Extensive experience with JAMF Pro
Experience supporting Apple device lifecycle management
Experience implementing passwordless authentication and hardware credential solutions
Strong endpoint security and systems engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred and may be substituted with relevant experience
Clearance
Active Top Secret Clearance required
LocationWashington, DC area with onsite support as required.
