About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement the sales strategy to achieve sustainable sales and profit growth in medical supply retail and pharmacies, with a focus on compression products
  • Professionally support and develop an assigned customer base within a defined sales territory
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct customer consultations and product training, primarily in the area of compression
  • Attend regional and national events, trade fairs and congresses
  • Monitor and analyze sales development and potential in the sales territory using customer and sales reports
  • Work with the CRM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed commercial training or vocational training in healthcare; several years of sales experience desirable
  • Strong ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically at all hierarchical levels and to different target groups
  • High degree of assertiveness, self-organization, self-motivation, analytical and conceptual skills, and strong commitment
  • Enthusiasm and team orientation
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Business-fluent German
  • English skills desirable
  • Willingness to work in the sales territory around Dresden, Leipzig, Jena and Erfurt
