About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn Retail Execution processes and analyze business requirements to support effective digital solutions
- Capture, document and refine requirements, decisions and key discussion points from stakeholder workshops and refinement sessions
- Create and improve user stories and acceptance criteria using modern AI-enabled tools and established business analysis practices
- Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and Software Engineers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented
- Support solution testing, validation activities and quality assurance before deployment
- Develop training materials and assist business users during solution adoption and change activities
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements that improve sales effectiveness, user experience and business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
- Early-career experience gained through studies, internships, projects or previous roles
- Experience with CRM, Sales or Retail Execution processes is a plus, but not required
- Interest in understanding how businesses operate and create value
- Analytical and structured approach
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness to learn
- Fluent in English
