About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with demand requirements and manufacturing capacity and constraints
- Adjust production schedules to the optimal production sequence
- Monitor production capacity and identify potential constraints
- Support actions to minimize production disruptions
- Help maintain healthy inventory levels of finished goods and key materials
- Balance service and efficiency objectives
- Collaborate with production, material planning, logistics, and customer-facing teams to manage changes and priorities
- Evaluate impacts of demand fluctuations, capacity changes, and special production requirements
- Track planning-related KPIs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning accuracy and service levels
- Maintain relevant planning data
- Support effective use of SAP and planning tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in production planning, supply planning, materials planning, or a similar supply chain role within a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and planning systems
- Confidence working with data and operational reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative working style
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential
