About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR Professionals at several sites
  • Serve as a trusted partner to site leadership on people-related topics and business performance
  • Lead organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and culture initiatives
  • Champion continuous improvement and embed change across the site
  • Support performance, talent, and succession management
  • Lead Works Council and employee representative negotiations
  • Own the HR operational agenda, including headcount planning, personnel cost budgeting, and workforce KPI monitoring
  • Advise leaders on labour law, employee relations, and complex people matters
  • Ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality HR operational processes across sites
  • Collaborate with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, and EATA
  • Use people data and insights to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of HR leadership experience, ideally in matrix-manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven track record leading large-scale change and transformation programs
  • Strong expertise in Works Council negotiations, labor law, and employee relations
  • Demonstrated people leadership
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Expertise in change and transformation, organizational development, and manufacturing HR leadership
