About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead brand strategy, innovation initiatives, and commercial performance for the category across key Andean markets
- Develop and execute annual marketing and communication strategies
- Manage media investments, agencies, and integrated campaigns
- Analyze market performance, sales trends, profitability, and category opportunities
- Drive innovation projects from idea generation through market execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within FMCG
- Experience in FemCare or consumer goods categories is highly valued
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
