About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the strategy for the Traditional Trade channel.
- Translate business objectives into sales plans, priorities, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Drive profitable sales growth, distribution expansion, portfolio execution, and market coverage.
- Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and business performance reviews.
- Develop strong partnerships with key customers and distributors.
- Lead strategic negotiations with customers of high business impact.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, opportunities, and risks.
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen commercial capabilities and execution excellence.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience managing the Traditional Trade channel within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
- Proven experience leading and developing commercial teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales strategy, forecasting, negotiations, and execution.
- Experience managing customers, distributors, and regional operations.
- Availability to travel domestically on a regular basis.
- English proficiency is a plus.
