About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the strategy for the Traditional Trade channel.
  • Translate business objectives into sales plans, priorities, and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Drive profitable sales growth, distribution expansion, portfolio execution, and market coverage.
  • Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and business performance reviews.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key customers and distributors.
  • Lead strategic negotiations with customers of high business impact.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, opportunities, and risks.
  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen commercial capabilities and execution excellence.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant experience managing the Traditional Trade channel within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven experience leading and developing commercial teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales strategy, forecasting, negotiations, and execution.
  • Experience managing customers, distributors, and regional operations.
  • Availability to travel domestically on a regular basis.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
