About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research and identify new prospective end customers
  • Distribute opportunities to colleagues or Distributor Sales Representatives when relevant
  • Engage prospects with personalized messaging to generate interest using an omnichannel approach (e.g., phone, LinkedIn, email, in-person)
  • Reach stakeholders and decision-makers to drive change, adapting the approach to their priorities and context
  • Map needs and develop opportunities, positioning the Tork solution against customer pain points and alternatives
  • Demonstrate value and mitigate risks by presenting case studies, offering trials, and handling objections
  • Lead negotiations of terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and commercial objectives
  • Once won, facilitate the account transition to the sales execution team and related processes
  • Build and manage an individual sales pipeline, tracking progress in the CRM and making accurate forecasts to meet targets
  • Consistently apply the Professional Hygiene / Tork sales methodology in all customer interactions
  • Manage partner and distributor sales funnels, facilitating accelerated conversion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer acquisition
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Skill using an omnichannel approach (e.g., phone, LinkedIn, email)
  • Comfortable working independently and conducting early-stage sales conversations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
  • Experience with prospecting and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online directories, email outreach platforms)
  • Proactive, creative, collaborative, resilient, persistent, high-energy, and self-motivated
