About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for growing medium and large national strategic accounts.
  • Identify stakeholders and map sales processes for effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Find and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure proposals, contractual terms, and pricing align with Essity’s financial strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Motivate and support sales teams with best practices.
  • Negotiate contracts and position products against competitors.
  • Collaborate internally with regional sales managers and sales professionals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree in Health sciences (nursery, medicine, physiotherapy…)
  • Value financial knowledge.
  • Advanced level in Excel & Power BI.
  • Autonomy.
  • Time management & Prioritization & Organization.
  • Medium English Level.
  • Advanced communications & interpersonal relationships skills.
  • Oriented to results.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
