About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute local activation plans aligned with business priorities and growth targets;
Drive and coordinate product launches and campaign execution in the market;
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities;
Localize global toolkits and develop locally relevant marketing materials;
Manage and monitor marketing budget (A&P) and activity performance;
Plan and execute media and digital activities (SEO, SEM, social media, content);
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and commercial activities, including joint planning and prioritization;
Plan and implement events, training and educational initiatives across relevant channels;
Drive marketing operation and sales & customer service support around assigned brands/products/service areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

experience in marketing, activation or brand management (at least 3 years)
strong project management and organizational skills
strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into execution
excellent Lithuanian language skills for creative texts (ads, articles), web text editing, etc.
fluent English language skills
strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams
analytical and structured approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
experience in healthcare or pharma is considered an advantage
