About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for implementing the Product Strategy and executing tactical plans for a product assortment on a regional basis
Accountable for overseeing the product life cycle, supporting product strategies, and ensuring successful product launches
Focus on launch excellence, product management, and assortment optimization to ensure a competitive and profitable assortment
Collaborate with marketing, sales, innovation, R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing
Track key performance indicators (sales volume, revenues, spending, etc.), analyzing them against forecasts to identify areas for improvement
Develop knowledge of the organization’s brands, products, services and customers by working closely with senior Product/Brand Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant discipline
Minimum Three (3) years of related experience in a product or related Marketing role
Proven Product and or Brand Marketing experience
Ability to manage cross-functional teams within a matrix organization
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills required
Strong presentation skills required
The ability to work independently
Strong utilization of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS
Relevant (ideally B2B) business understanding
Solid, practical communication skills (both written and verbal)
Professional business acumen
Ability to travel to domestic and international locations up to 20%
