About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead the commercial strategy for your clients: annual plans, negotiations, tenders, and profitable growth.
- Build competitive private label offerings in close collaboration with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Quality, Development, Manufacturing).
- Coordinate industrial projects: defining specifications, factory feasibility, cost optimization, and launch follow-up.
- Ensure the reliability of the client’s supply chain by working hand-in-hand with Planning, Production and Customer Service.
- Analyze performance and recommend actions to secure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Represent the voice of the client within the organization and align teams around key priorities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in retail (GMS), ideally with private label products
- Experience working within large organizations
- Proficiency in English is an asset
