About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven analyses to support HR and management decision-making across multiple countries
  • Support annual and ad-hoc compensation processes such as merit and bonus cycles
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to ensure competitive and compliant reward structures
  • Contribute to pay equity analyses, works council materials, and global or regional pay transparency initiatives
  • Run country-level C&B data audits and support continuous improvement of HR data quality
  • Assist with the administration of local benefit programs in line with policies and guidelines
  • Participate in regional and local C&B or HR-related projects, adapting to evolving business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Initial professional experience in HR; prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
  • Fluent English, used as the main working language in an international, matrix environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and analytical reports
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • General understanding of HR-related topics (e.g. core HR processes, employee lifecycle, rewards, or data-driven HR decision-making) and curiosity to further develop expertise
