About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain a healthy, professional relationship with customers
  • Generate demand by closing new end customers and/or developing indirect customers
  • Implement monthly Joint Business Plans (JBP) with distributors
  • Stay focused on prospecting new customers, conducting consumption trials and closing new business
  • Ensure the correct customer approach in line with Tork and Essity values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Experience in outside/field sales
  • Experience in Professional Hygiene is a plus
  • Knowledge of the B2B market with a minimum of 5 years in the institutional sector (industry, hospitality, hospitals, offices, catering, etc.)
  • Experience in developing value-added products
  • MS Office package with advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Dynamics and S&OP spreadsheets
  • Understand that 40% of the time is focused on administrative processes and 60% on prospecting and commercial activities
  • Willingness to travel
