About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure HR activities are executed in line with agreed HR processes, policies, and applicable legal and labor requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR, line managers, and employees, providing professional guidance and support within assigned HR activities.
  • Propose and support local adaptations to harmonize HR processes and improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Contribute to overall HR process delivery by providing input, participating as a process team member, and engaging in HR projects at local and international levels.
  • Apply and maintain relevant HR tools and systems, including Workday and Microsoft Office, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Support Employer Branding and Employee Attractiveness initiatives, contributing to a strong service and people-focused culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
  • A master’s degree in law or Labour Relations, with a master’s in human resources preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of core HR processes such as performance management, talent management, and compensation reviews.
  • Proven experience managing labor relations topics, including terminations, works councils or unions, disciplinary actions, Equality Plans, and organizational changes.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and business-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems, including Microsoft Office and Workday.
