About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead commercial analytics activities for the local market and support cluster/regional needs as required
- Translate sales, market, and performance data into clear commercial insights that support decision‑making
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to monitor sales effectiveness, portfolio performance, and key KPIs
- Act as a thought partner to Sales and Commercial leaders , providing data‑driven perspectives and recommendations
- Coordinate data collection and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with commercial data specialists and other internal stakeholders
- Support the development and continuous improvement of analytics tools and processes
- Build deep business understanding of channels, customers, and market dynamics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Sales Operations
- Strong business and commercial acumen — ability to interpret data in a commercial context, not just report numbers
- Experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare (OTC) environments
- Exposure to complex, matrixed commercial organizations
