About the role
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Utilize various analytical tools and methods to monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Campaign Objective & KPI Development: Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define campaign objectives, conversion goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Tactical E-commerce Paid Media: Manage both onsite and offsite e-commerce paid media efforts.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with brand managers, providing feedback and actionable recommendations.
- Holistic Performance Management: Adopt a top‑down analytical approach across brand, category, product family, and SKU levels.
- Actionable Insights and Growth Strategy: Develop and deliver actionable insights to accelerate sales across major e‑commerce channels.
- Media Strategy & Optimization: Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of onsite and offsite media campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Criteo) required
- Strong Excel skills for data analytics and reporting
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
