About the role

  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Utilize various analytical tools and methods to monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Campaign Objective & KPI Development: Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define campaign objectives, conversion goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Tactical E-commerce Paid Media: Manage both onsite and offsite e-commerce paid media efforts.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with brand managers, providing feedback and actionable recommendations.
  • Holistic Performance Management: Adopt a top‑down analytical approach across brand, category, product family, and SKU levels.
  • Actionable Insights and Growth Strategy: Develop and deliver actionable insights to accelerate sales across major e‑commerce channels.
  • Media Strategy & Optimization: Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of onsite and offsite media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Criteo) required
  • Strong Excel skills for data analytics and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
