About the role
- Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a high-performing sales organization across Central America
- Lead, structure, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Coach team members on advanced sales techniques, procedures, and standards to consistently exceed targets
- Translate global and local business strategies into tailored sales plans, activities, and campaigns
- Prepare and oversee sales forecasts and budgets
- Allocate resources strategically based on customer segmentation
- Negotiate with key customers of strategic importance
- Contribute to the development of integrated commercial strategies
- Generate and distribute market intelligence on customer needs and competitor activities
- Actively participate in organizational leadership discussions
Requirements
- 7-10+ yrs experience in similar positions as Manager (b2b)
- Proven track record in building and managing internal and external sales forces.
- Min bachelor's degree, MBA will be a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish - English
