Lead execution for the TENA Men brand across UK/Europe; drive growth, consumer engagement, and product development while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
Manage communications, promotions, and innovation projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the UK and Europe (product development, creative, and retail)
Develop and deliver training programmes and educational materials, working alongside external partners to promote TENA products and services
Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG marketing
Brand management experience within a commercial FMCG environment
Successfully led projects from concept through to market
Built strong, collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams
Experience working across UK and Europe cross-functional teams
