About the role
- Lead execution for the TENA Men brand across UK/Europe; drive growth, consumer engagement, and product development while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Manage communications, promotions, and innovation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the UK and Europe (product development, creative, and retail)
- Develop and deliver training programmes and educational materials, working alongside external partners to promote TENA products and services
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing
- Brand management experience within a commercial FMCG environment
- Successfully led projects from concept through to market
- Built strong, collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams
- Experience working across UK and Europe cross-functional teams
