Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the entire lease renewal process within a centralized sales hub.
Achieve or surpass renewal targets.
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Adapt to change quickly in a fast paced and evolving environment.
Provide weekly reporting, key insights, and proposed action plans to the Director of Sales.
Process and approve deviations in renewal rates for residents.
Provide coaching and mentorship to 1-2 Renewal Consultants.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Funnel and Yardi systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
2 to 3 years property management, a call center, and/or sales environment preferred.
1-2 years of experience with leadership responsibilities.
Proficient understanding of the Microsoft suite.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
